Our Story

WeCare Club Global is a Christocentric non-profit organization dedicated to fostering transformational leadership, personal responsibility, and community impact.

We empower children, teens, youth, women, and senior citizens through comprehensive programs that build character, leadership skills, and ethical values.

Founded in 2018 under the Arrows Leadership Development Foundation (ALDEF), WeCare Club International emerged from the inspiring vision of a 13-year-old boy who dedicated 40 days to prayer and fasting for those in need.

YOMI TRIUMPH-ABATAN

Leadership is not about position, but about purpose and service.

Yomi Triumph-Abatan is the founder and president of The Arrows Leadership Foundation and WeCare Teens Club International, organisations established in 2018 to promote leadership development for children and teenagers and equip parents to raise responsible children across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond. He began full-time ministry at 19 and served in leadership and missionary roles across Africa, Asia, and Europe. He initiated programs including Teens Mega Superstar Service and Becoming a Better Version of My Parent, guiding young lives toward leadership, education, skills, and a purposeful future.
